I am writing in deep concern over Elon Musk’s involvement in governmental affairs, particularly in the fabricated DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) position which does not exist within any legitimate government structure and to which he was neither elected nor approved by Congress. This unprecedented and extralegal appointment is a direct affront to democratic governance and a matter of national security. Mr. Musk's unchecked access to sensitive national infrastructure, military contracts, and energy policies poses serious risks. It is deeply alarming that an unelected individual could wield such power without accountability. Mr. Musk’s activities could be tantamount to espionage. It poses extremely dangerous threat not only to our National Security, but to our allies’ and overall international security. Equally serious is Mr. Musk’s unfettered access to PRIVATE financial information WITHOUT consent. This is a blatant illegal, unconstitutional INVASION OF PRIVACY. I urge Congress to take immediate action to remove Elon Musk from any and all government-affiliated roles and investigate how and why this fabricated position was granted without democratic consent. I implore you to act swiftly to restore transparency, accountability, and the integrity of our nation’s leadership. The American people deserve governance that is chosen by them—not installed by backroom deals and corporate interests.
