If Initiative IL26-638 passes, what will you do to protect transgender students? Please explain the lawful options for preserving inclusive school athletics, protecting students' private information, and preventing bullying and harassment. Work with trans students, families, educators, and civil rights experts on a clear response. Please also continue protecting the rights and dignity of trans kids and adults across Washington. What specific steps will you take, and when? Please send me a written response with a clear plan and timeline that include student privacy and anti-bullying protections and what lawful action will you support to protect trans rights.
