Support Al Green and free speech in congress.

To: Sen. Moody, Rep. Buchanan, Sen. Scott

From: A constituent in Lithia, FL

March 9

Recent attempts to censor members of Congress for expressing their views undermine the fundamental right to free speech enshrined in the First Amendment. Protecting freedom of speech, even for speech we may disagree with, is essential for a functioning democracy. I urge you to reject any efforts to stifle the free expression of elected representatives and uphold this core Constitutional principle that allows for open debate and the free exchange of ideas. The strength of our republic depends on robust discourse and the ability to voice diverse perspectives without fear of reprisal or censorship.
