I urge you to begin impeachment proceedings against Secretary of State Denny Hoskins and Attorney General Catherine Hanaway. Hoskins attempted to block Missourians from exercising their constitutional right to referendum, and Hanaway has continued the effort by taking the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. Missouri voters have a constitutional right to challenge laws through referendum. State officials should defend that right, not use the power of their offices to obstruct it. Please uphold the Missouri Constitution and hold both officials accountable.
