What are the legal boundaries you have established to protect our communities from the corporate theft, Federal lawlessness, and foreign interference that currently is encroaching our privacy and our daily health? (Flock, ICE, Meta, Amazon,etc) Are your boundaries and safeguards sufficient now that the Federal government has been decimated by a cabal of government welfare-made billionaires with no respect for the Constitution or for the rule of law ? Are you actively protecting your citizens from bad actors who have already threatened State Authority by breaking financial agreements and demanding private information of citizens for illegal purposes? How will you guarantee that average citizens will still have their vote counted accurately when ONE billionaire has the means to hack any system in the world? How do you insure that your citizens have basic affordable health insurance—equal to what our representatives take for granted —so WE can get back to work and pay the taxes you need to function? How do you take care of the detained and incarcerated in our state so we know that everyone has experienced due justice and are being treated humanely based on our State AND Federal Constitutions? What rules have you established and are willing to defend through the State judicial system that will protect our natural resources (clean water, clean air, forests, waterways, historic sites, CHILDREN, freedom of faith) from multinational corporate entities and private equity firms that extract our privacy and our health for stock-options and personal greed? What actions will you take to defend our Constitutional rights to exist with dignity and respect of the rule of law that had you choose to serve us as an elected official? What are you currently doing for our state to safeguard against a hostile Fascist takeover of our National government? Our Federal system is crippled? Our National reputation is destroyed—perhaps for decades. Our young men and women are faithfully serving a tyrannical force interested only in personal wealth at the expense of our national wellbeing. Our Congressional representatives and our Supreme Court Justices have failed to assert their Constitutional authority against the rogue Executive Branch that continues to wage a kind of Mob War against us all. It seems that YOU as our State leader, are called upon to demand a return to a rule of law that defends the Constitution and maintains a democratic society that still is “ by the people, of the people and for the people.” Please stand for us while there is still time!
