Maintain funding levels for abortion access

I am seeing reports today that the Washington State Senate Democrats are proposing a 55% cut to abortion access funds. I am writing to make it clear to you that maintaining abortion access and a health care safety net for the citizens of Washington are much more important than letting the wealthy few avoid paying what they owe in taxes. This is NOT a place to plug a budget or funding hole. We are a proudly pro-reproductive-freedom state, and these are not cuts that will be looked on favorably by folks who call Washington home. These cuts would be a win for the far-right and for the Trump administration. Please choose to maintain previous funding levels for abortion access. We demand no cuts to reproductive care and abortion providers in Washington State.
