SCOTUS corruption is killing us
To: Sen. Sinema, Sen. Kelly
From: A constituent in Flagstaff, AZ
June 14, 2024
I am a constituent in 86005. I woke again this morning in Arizona to another absolutely horrendous decision by the corrupt justices of the US Supreme Court. I am so tired, sick and tired, of our nation being torn down by those who want to destroy the concept on Justice for All. We the people are sick and tired of being sick and tired. I’m in total despair at the Supreme Court’s ruling on bump stocks this morning. Our highest court refuses to protect us from gun violence. Each and every time there is a gun death in our country, their fingers are on the trigger. Americans want common sense gun laws. Congress needs to act, please. Someone has to protect the citizens of this country.
Also, the news on Justice Clarence Thomas keeps getting more and more unbelievable. Harlan Crow provided at least three more previously undisclosed private jet trips to Clarence Thomas in recent years. What will it take for him to be impeached? I want the Senator to call for it. And I’d like the Senate to take up again—and this time pass—the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal and Transparency Act. The fact that it failed on unanimous consent on Wednesday is shameful and disgusting.
