You must investigate the illegal coordination of a military strike on signal by our senior leaders which disclosed operational information to a journalist with no need to know in violation of law. I’m asking that you call for an intelligence investigation into this security breach and unlawful disclosure. You should request resignations of every person involved. The careless nature of this entire incident showcases that these leaders are unable to comply with the law and manage national security and foreign policy. Amateur hour in these important areas make all of us less safe. Be loud, bold, and clear about the risks of these illegal activities.
