As of today the US has amassed 50,000 troops in the Middle East. Donald Trump is threatening to attack vital infrastructure if Iran and does not comply with his demands (a Vladimir Putin style war crime). Trump is openly stating that he wants to take Iranian oil, AND he’s threatening that “Cuba is next.” This is a distorted and warped shadow of a United States president. This is how a king or tyrant acts who has control of the most powerful military in the history of humanity. Our elected representatives in Congress- YOU!!!- must rein this man in. You must take back your power. There have been no debates in Congress over a war in Iran; no case made to the American people for this war of choice. Our economy, along with the global economy, will be impacted for years. Show some courage and integrity. Stop letting this president roll over Congress and the American people while he degrades our great nation day after day after day.
