Vote NO on SNEDCA and the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act. I recently read an article in the Nevada Current titled, "The greatest threats to Nevada’s public lands aren’t dead -they’re rushing through Congress", by Olivia Tanager, September 29, 2025. Based on the article, SNEDCA and the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act represent two bills that would collectively sell off Nevada’s lands to developers and then make it easier for mining companies to pollute what’s left. Vote NO on both bills if they come up on the floor. Thank you.
