As a parent concerned for my children's safety and wellbeing, allowing transgender students to use facilities aligned with their gender identity poses no threat. It creates a safer, more inclusive environment. Forcing transgender youth into restrooms contradictory to their identity places them at heightened risk of harassment and trauma. This bill wrongfully discriminates against a vulnerable group and jeopardizes their mental health, educational experience, and human dignity.
