I am writing to demand immediate action in response to President Trump’s unauthorized military strikes on Iran. Congress holds the power to declare war, not the president. Yet the administration has launched the US into armed conflict without congressional authorization, putting our service members, American citizens, and Iranian citizens in danger. The American people do not want another endless war in the Middle East.We have seen the human, moral and financial costs of unilateral regime-change wars. They are costly and do not work! You have both the authority and the responsibility to act. I urge you to :publicly call for an immediate halt to further military action. Thank you.
