I am vehemently opposed to President Trump’s proposed “Triumphal Arch”. It’s a clear violation of the Height of Building Act of 1910 and honestly even if the height wasn’t a concern, I truly don’t understand the reason the President even wants this, except to feed his bloated ego and leave monuments to himself like a King or third-world dictator after he leaves office on January, 20 2029. To no one’s surprise, the President and his cabinet/administration are claiming they can do this without Congressional approval and I’m asking you to please do all you can to stop this from happening. America will not benefit from this whatsoever, I don’t care if it’s privately or publicly funded, it’s ridiculous and doesn’t belong in DC or anywhere.
