The SAVE Act is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Before creating onerous rules that will inhibit millions of CITIZENS from being able to VOTE, it should be demonstrated that there are non-citizens voting. Every study, including one just completed by the state of Utah, shows that this isn't a problem. This bill does nothing to protect our elections. I urge to reject this bill.
