The Supreme Court just issued its notice: Tomorrow, they will hand down at least one ruling—and with only six cases left on the docket, we need to be ready to respond.
Voting rights. Gun safety. Trans kids’ rights. Dark money in politics. All four hang in the balance. And anyone—or several—could be decided TOMORROW.
The corrupt MAGA majority is eying these cases to reshape society before the 2026 midterms. One of them, Louisiana v. Callais, could become one of the most devastating attacks on voting rights in modern history.
Unfortunately, the Supreme Court is extremely secretive. Which means we won’t know which rights will be curtailed tomorrow and which will survive until the next Decision Day—whenever that is.
Here’s just a glimpse of what United for Democracy is preparing for, Cartier:
Wolford v. Lopez - The Court could strike down another commonsense law, this time in Hawaii, making it harder for states to keep guns out of public spaces.
United States v. Skrmetti - The Court could uphold bans on trans children from playing sports with their peers, building on last year's ruling that already stripped healthcare access.
NRSC v. FEC - Another ruling could tear down the few remaining campaign spending limits still in place after Citizens United, letting wealthy donors pour even more money into our elections through political parties.
While we can’t know which rulings will drop, we do know the MAGA justices have a clear pattern: expanding power for Trump while stripping rights from everyday Americans.
