This letter is to support signature of HB-1291. As a user of ride-sharing apps and services, I have watched the verbiage of HB-1291 though each iteration. The final version is not perfect, but it is a commendable step toward protecting Colorado's ride share consumers. As a ride-sharing service user, I strongly support passage of HB-1291.
