I'm calling on you to immediately begin impeachment proceedings against Secretary of State Frank LaRose for his unconstitutional transfer of nearly 8 million Ohio voters' personal information to Trump's Department of Justice. LaRose violated our privacy rights and betrayed his duty to protect Ohio voters when he handed over our full names, addresses, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, and partial Social Security numbers on February 13, 2026.
Three federal courts ruled in 2026 that the DOJ has no right to unredacted voter registration lists. One judge called this demand not just an overreach but a threat to American democracy. Another Trump-appointed judge confirmed that federal statutes do not require this disclosure. Yet LaRose capitulated anyway while Republican officials in Kentucky and West Virginia refused to surrender their voters' data.
LaRose's actions violate both the Ohio and U.S. Constitutions. He had no legal authority to share this sensitive information, especially after courts repeatedly rejected the DOJ's claims. This data is now in the hands of an administration that has already suffered massive privacy breaches, including the Social Security Administration hack and Epstein files leak.
The information LaRose illegally shared must be destroyed. He must be impeached, removed from office, and prosecuted for violating the constitutional rights of 8 million Ohioans.
