I implore you to vote against the C.R. passed yesterday by the House. It's a dirty bill that includes major cuts to valuable programs on which people depend. Speaker Johnson has set this up as a political ploy. Don't fall for it! Instead you should be voting on appropriations bills that have been written in a bipartisan manner in the Senate. Bring your own legislation up and pass it and send it back to the House. Thanks for your time.
