As your constituent, I wanted to let you know that I am deeply concerned about mass surveillance by companies like Flock Safety. These companies track our every move without a warrant, a violation of our 4th Amendment rights, and then sell that information off to the government. The technology is error-prone and has led to innocent people being accused of crimes. Many towns and cities are either allowing their Flock contracts to expire or are banning the technology outright. I want the Legislature to take swift action to block this invasive technology from West Virginia. I will be watching your actions on this matter closely.
