Full ban on private money in local elections. Constitution says age, citizenship, residency — not rich. Use the one taxpayer kiddie pool fund, nonpartisan committee divides it EVENLY and books the airtime/travel/events/signs. Everyone gets same resources. No outside money, no private sponsors, no self-funding, no corporate interests. Same ethics rules as Supreme Court— equal playing field at every level, federal, state, county and town
