Please Censure Andy Ogles

Your colleague Andy Ogles has crossed a line. Crowing on X about a letter he sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Mr. Ogles is suggesting denaturalizing and deporting Zohran Mamdani. The reason? Apparently Mr. Ogles wishes this because he simply doesn’t like Mr. Mamdani. To start calling for the denaturalization of our fellow Americans willy-nilly over the tiniest slight creates a dangerous atmosphere. As a third generation Lithuanian-American who was born in Cleveland, should I be worried about one day being deported to Vilnius if I annoy an official? Mr. Ogles deserves censure. Real Americans don’t act this trashy.
