Mr. Chief Justice, are we winning yet? The current trajectory of the court is deeply concerning and poses a threat to fundamental rights and protections. Recent rulings have eroded established legal precedents, undermining principles of equal protection and due process enshrined in the Constitution. This conservative supermajority seems intent on advancing a regressive agenda out of step with the majority of Americans. To uphold the promise of equal justice under law, it is imperative that we have a court that interprets the law impartially and safeguards essential liberties. I urge you to use your authority to address this crisis and take action to restore balance, independence and legitimacy to the nation's highest court.
