I am a nurse and a Virginia constituent writing to urge you to vote against further funding for the Department of Homeland Security in light of the recent killings involving ICE. As a healthcare worker, I see firsthand how violence and fear harm communities. Federal agencies must be held accountable, and continued funding without meaningful reform sends the wrong message. Please stand with your constituents and vote no on DHS funding until serious oversight and changes are made.
