It is time to affect responsible disclosure of the legacy programs involving reverse engineering of off world technology. Reference Dr. Steven Greer and the recent whistle blower Jake Barber. If you are unaware of this issue it is imperative that you get up to speed immediately. Whistleblowers need protection from their corporate contractors. They should be encouraged to come forward. They need protection from the part of the government that is ignorant of the fact that many of these programs are being run without constitutional oversight. This oversight is your job.
