Please pass the The Colorado Voting Rights Act (SB25-001)  The Colorado Voting Rights Act will help us build a more equitable democracy by… ◦ Creating access to multilingual ballots in municipal elections, because the 123,657 eligible Colorado voters who do not speak English well enough to vote independently in English should not be shut out from their local elections. ◦ Establishing our own legal protections for voters of color, voters impacted by the criminal justice system, and LGBTQ+ voters. ◦ Setting clear and fair standards for elections, so that we can ensure every community has an equal chance to have their voices heard in voting.
