According to a recent news article by the Washington Post, a specter of alleged foreign election interference is the excuse that will be used by Trump to regulate our future elections. Other news agencies are also running corroborative articles. Do not allow Trump to activate an Executive Order based on a bogus national security emergency with the primary intent to control our elections (thus ending our democracy). Do not allow the Trump Administration to carry out a twisted interpretation of a group of laws dating back to the 50s to initiate election interference. All legislators who care about the Constitution need to stay ahead of this before the metaphorical American dream becomes a living nightmare.
