I oppose Ohio’s proposed antisemitism bills because Ohio already has hate crime laws and these bills unnecessarily hinder free speech by conflating Judaism and Zionism. Discrimination or hate crimes against Jews are covered under existing law. Zionism is political ideology that should be openly and freely debated.
