Data centers are stressing the power grid and driving up costs for residential customers. Data centers need to generate their own power. There are three options (which can be used in combination): * Wind * Solar * Small Nuclear Reactors. Small nuclear reactors, also known as small modular reactors (SMRs), are compact nuclear fission reactors with a power output of 300 megawatts electric (MWₑ) or less. They are designed to be factory-fabricated and transported to sites for streamlined construction and enhanced scalability, making them suitable for various applications, including power generation and industrial uses.
