Vote NO on OBBBA Represent your constituents!

I am writing to urge you to VOTE NO on the current “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.”
Our family relies on the Affordable Care Act for health coverage, and we are deeply concerned about the proposed cuts in this bill. All four of us depend on these protections, and any reduction would have a direct, negative impact on our health and financial security.
Additionally, the proposed 10-year ban on state and local regulation of AI is alarming. What happened to preserving States’ Rights—one of the core principles of the Republican Party? Granting tech giants a decade-long free pass is not the answer; if anything, we need more oversight, not less.
We are also very troubled by provisions that would erode the system of checks and balances in our democracy, particularly those limiting the power of the federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court. Restricting federal courts from enforcing contempt orders—even retroactively—undermines their ability to uphold the rule of law. Eliminating this crucial check on the Executive Branch is both unethical and, in our view, unconstitutional.
Furthermore, as Florida residents, we are acutely aware of the realities of global warming. The environmental impacts—especially during recent hurricane seasons—are undeniable. Please protect the monetary incentives for clean vehicles and solar and other green energy. These programs have benefited our family and community, and we want our children to have those same opportunities. Several recent studies indicate that the proposed cuts would increase our FPL bill by $400 a year. This is simply unacceptable for hardworking families like ours.
Finally, what is going on with adding to the deficit. $2.4 trillion!!!!!! All this to add to the wealthy tax cuts!! Represent the middle working class again!
Please stand up for your constituents and VOTE NO on this bill.
Thank you for your attention and service.
