Why are you not doing anything about Delaney Hall detention center when we all know detainees are being mistreated and abused there? Why are you refusing to meet with your constituents who campaigned and voted for you as did I? Why are their detainees being brought to the Roxbury warehouse which by law was not able to be used as a detention facility. As a Morris County constituent who not only voted for you but encouraged my whole family to vote for you, I am disappointed and appalled by this. You were supposed to be the antithesis of Trump and assure that fellow New Jerseyans are treated with respect and dignity regardless of skin color or country of origin. Help me to understand your inaction. I believed in you and i want to continue to believe in you. Hold a town hall. Give the people who voted for you a chance to voice our concerns and understand what your plan is with regard to our immigrant neighbors who are being abused. They deserve so much better.
