State taxes

To: Rep. Meirath, Sen. Nurrenbern, Gov. Kehoe

From: A constituent in Kansas City, MO

April 1

I am extremely concerned about the potential legislation to eliminate state taxes in MO. I believe that this would cause significant damage to our funding of schools and adequate services for people in need. The money used from state taxes helps the people. Removal of it would cause more harm than good. Please reject HJR 173 & HJR 174 and HJR 148 and HB 2780. We don’t need an expansion of private school vouchers. We need public education to be fully funded.
