Rep Boebert of Colorado is getting clean water from Arkansas to Colorado. What are you doing about the needs we have for water in Cochise County? NOTHING! The state refused to regulate water until we face total desolation of our groundwater in the Wilcox basin. But you don't bother to represent Cochise, do you? Where's the federal project to get water to us? Aren't your ranchers powerful enough to force you to work for water?
