Please vote against bill S.5384. The department of education is crucial to the freedom of all Americans and their right to a good education. You are stripping right from all children by trying to put the power back at the state level. History has told us that the state will not provide equal access to education and that’s why this department is needed. If you don’t care about the rights of children, then consider that a worse education for Americans means we lose any ranking as a global super power we might have once had. If you want America to thrive then you need educated citizens. Reject bill S.5384 introduced by Mike Rounds.
