I need you to do everything in your power to begin and aupport impeachment proceedings against President Trump immediately. His threats to bomb civilian infrastructure in Iran by Tuesday night constitute threats of war crimes, and his profanity-laced social media posts demonstrate he is unfit to command our military. At Monday's press conference, Trump threatened to destroy every bridge and power plant in Iran within four hours if his ultimatum is not met. Deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure violates the Geneva Conventions. When asked if this constitutes a war crime, he dismissed the question entirely. His Easter weekend post telling Iran to "Open the F***in' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell" shows reckless judgment that endangers American lives and global stability. Congress has the constitutional duty to check a president who threatens illegal military action. Move forward with impeachment or invoke the 25th Amendment before Trump follows through on these threats.
