You’ve sat idly by and have rubber stamped your approval of this president’s deplorable cabinet picks - not one qualified or willing and able to support the US constitution - as they pledged to do. Then sat by and watched his ICE team storm neighborhoods to round up anyone who ‘looked lik’ convicted felons (who everyone agrees should be deported) and sent them off without due process. We now know there are innocent men in the group and ‘they can’t be returned’ - Egregious! Now we have an American lawyer being detained at the airport after returning from a family vacation -simply for representing a student who protested the President’s stance on middle eastern politics. He wasn’t allowed to leave without showing his contact list on his phone to whoever picked him up. I’m not sure he knew who was interrogating him? This is against the rule of law and our freedoms as Americans. The last few days, he’s plummeted our financial markets into chaos with these tariff wars. And golfing and dining with the Saudis while our fallen were returned under his watch. Millions of Americans are coming together in peaceful protest to express their disgust at this administration - many right here in Florida. Now, thanks to your inaction, he‘s plotting to crack down on any freedom of search and invoke martial law so no dissent will be allowed. Good God, what are you waiting for? All of you have been MIA - refusing to do your job to uphold the constitution- or even to do much as meet with your constituents to discuss our opinion on your records. Scott, you will be the first but not the last to go. DeSantis is already eyeing your job so you might not make it out of the primary Admit your failings and speak up with your fellow Republicans who are finally coming forward to stop the tariffs and willing to vote against them as congress should have done from the beginning. We are watching and waiting to see if our puppets are actually alive and willing to do their jobs …
