As your constituent, I want you to sink trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill.” It continues his wrong-headedness regarding this country’s future and the future of our children. The US became a super power because it invited brilliant minds to this country with the promise of freedoms of thought, speech, religion, etc., after WWII. Our universities need the ability to compete for brilliant minds all over the world. Our government needs to continue to support and fund research universities and their student. Their developments and discoveries fuel and power our economy and our country’s wellbeing. Green Power, despite what you may want to believe, is cheaper and better for us as a nation than fossil fuels. Industry and cities are turning to the power of sun and wind in spite of actions to turn them to fossil fuels. It is a fact that the burning of fossil fuels pollutes our air and water, both essential for our existence! Please get on the right side of humanity and defeat this terrible bill!
