I am a constituent and I am writing to request that you vote NO on any bill that includes DHS funding. Stand strong and stay united until the Republicans agree to: 1. End arrest quotas. 2. Stop racially profiling and detaining citizens. 3. End the occupation of Minnesota immediately. 4. Codify use of force standards. 5. Appoint independent oversight to investigate ICE killings and the mistreatment of detainees, and the killing of Alex Pretti. 6. Stop arresting people without judicial warrants. 7. Require ICE agents to unmask and identify themselves. 8. Repeal ICE and CPB funding. ICE, in its current iteration, cannot continue to exist. They are terrorizing the whole country. You must end this.
