Vote NO on the big disastrous budget bill. Kicking people off health care in order to give tax cuts to billionares is bad policy and it will bankrupt our country. Even worse, it will be a particular burden to Western North Carolinians still recovering from Helene. The last thing folks who are trying to rebuild homes and recover their lives need is even more worry that their government has abandoned them. This bill is a callous mess that serves only to enrich the lives of the wealthy. Welfare is bad when it helps poor people, and good when it helps rich people, right? Western North Carolina is watching you, Chuck. Follow Senator Tillis' lead and vote against this bill. I finally agree with him on an issue and I'm glad for it.
