Oppose trans bans in our schools I'm a constituent reaching out to urge the legislator to oppose any and all anti-transgender legislation including any bills restricting gender-affirming care for trans youth, banning trans athletes from participating in sports based on their gender, or preventing transgender people from using bathrooms as they see fit. As a parent, I am particularly disgusted by bills like NJ a2580, NJ A2720, NJ A670 and NJ S419 that compromise our quality New Jersey educational systems for what amounts to government overreach and censorship. Sex education of every kind is essential for public health and taking it out of the curriculum only endangers NJ kids of all genders. We are trusting you to oppose any measures that infringe on the rights of ALL New Jersey kids to get a good education free of discrimination on the basis of gender identification. Thank you for your time and consideration.
