Senate bill 1017 not moving oklahoma to the top

To: Rep. Pogemiller, Gov. Stitt, Sen. Kirt

From: A constituent in Oklahoma City, OK

February 3

Senate Bill 1017 does not reflect the quality of education that Oklahoma needs to be supporting. We have an obligation as a people to support individuals with disabilities thru taxation and educational support by IEP's As one of the lowest states in education taking away opportunities of individuals will not help our great state. Medicaid is the support for those that cannot afford the care they needs and putting barriers in place to support our education system as flawed as you might think it is will not advance the people of our state. I will be expecting a reply with your position on this matter, I will adjust my voting to support those elected representatives and officials that value universal public education and the programs that accompany it. Bring laws that grow our state not tear away at the fabric of our great social systems.
