This bill threatens fundamental rights by allowing the revocation of tax-exempt status based solely on accusations, without due process. A diverse coalition of nearly 300 organizations spanning civil liberties, religious, reproductive health, immigrant rights, human rights, racial justice, LGBTQ+, environmental, and education sectors have voiced opposition to this deeply troubling legislation that endangers dissent and free speech.
