I demand that you act immediately to remove Section 219, formerly Section 224, from the FY2027 NDAA. Please contact the House Rules Committee, House leadership, and your colleagues immediately and demand that both Section 219 strike amendments be made in order: Amendment #2 and Amendment #173. Make Amendment #2 in order. Make Amendment #173 in order. Let the House vote to strike Section 219. Do not bury the Section 219 strike amendments. Do not block Amendment #2. Do not block Amendment #173. Do not protect Section 219 from a public vote. Section 219 would create the United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. Section 219 would deepen U.S.-Israel military-industrial integration. Section 219 would integrate Israel into U.S. weapons development, U.S. defense technology systems, Pentagon research, procurement pathways, co-production, licensing agreements, data-sharing, AI, cyber, autonomous systems, missile defense, counter-drone systems, and defense manufacturing partnerships. That is unacceptable. The United States should not enter this kind of integrated military partnership with any country. It is especially outrageous to do so with Israel, a state responsible for illegal occupation, apartheid, siege, forced displacement, war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and catastrophic regional destabilization. The public deserves a vote. Every House member must be forced to go on record. I am asking you to do all of the following: Contact the Rules Committee and demand that Amendment #2 and Amendment #173 be made in order. Publicly support Amendment #2 and Amendment #173. Publicly support striking Section 219. Vote YES on Amendment #2 if it receives a floor vote. Vote YES on Amendment #173 if it receives a floor vote. Vote YES on any amendment to strike Section 219. Vote NO on any NDAA that keeps Section 219. No Section 219. No U.S.-Israel military-industrial merger. No joint weapons development. No co-production. No data-sharing. No reward for genocide.
