Stop any effort to transfer, sell, or hand over control of any part of Yosemite National Park.
The Trump administration is once again pushing to give away pieces of our stunning public lands, and we cannot that happen. Especially when Trump wants to give it to private developers.
This land is not there for Trump's personal profit! If there is truly a need for a road to access other properties, those roads can be built on the adjacent land, or they can be build, owner, and managed by the Yosemite National Park.
There is no way that giving a piece of this precious land to a developer would benefit the publics interest, and I expect you to use every tool available to block it.
Yosemite has been public land since 1890. Generations of families have hiked its valleys, camped under its sequoias, and counted on it being there for their children. The moment we open the door to privatization or state transfer, we lose the guarantee of open, affordable access for everyone — not just those who can pay a premium. That is not a trade I'm willing to accept, and it shouldn't be one you're willing to make either.
Tell me clearly where you stand on this and what action you're taking to protect Yosemite.
