Support Keep Our PACT Act for education funding

To: Rep. Ciscomani

From: A constituent in Tucson, AZ

July 31

The Keep Our PACT Act seeks to fulfill our nation's commitment to fully fund key education programs that support underserved students and those with disabilities. Part A of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act helps address inequities in education for school districts across the country, while the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act guarantees a quality education for children with disabilities. This bill proposes gradually increasing funding over the next decade until reaching the authorized levels, providing $54.3 billion for Title I and 40% of the national average per-pupil expenditure for students with disabilities by 2035. Fully funding these essential programs is crucial to ensuring all children have access to high-quality education and can reach their full potential. I urge your support for this legislation to keep our promise to America's children and teachers.
