I am scared for our country and would really appreciate a response. I beg you to please bring back reasonable and moral republicans. I used to agree with some Republican ideals, but you have let Trump kick out intelligent and moral people in favor of truly horrifying extremist Trump lackeys. These are dangerous times so please take back the Republican party from Trump and the extremists. Refuse to sully, your party and our nation with sexual predators, convicts, habitual liars, and ideologues. Find intelligent, kind, qualified people who care about humanity and reject Trump‘s morally bankrupt appointments. Our nation was founded on a system of checks and balances, and fair elections with a peaceful transfer of power. Please be that check on extremism. I am asking that you ensure FBI vetting. Also ensure that the power to vett and approve candidates remains with the Congress and Senate by not allowing recess appointments. There are many potential cabinet members that would sully our nation and your party. Most of the candidates seek to enforce Project 2025 ideals which are extremist and not supported be Americans. Most want to destroy the very department they are being tasked to lead. Please do what is right to save our country and find more qualified and ethical candidates. I beg you to remember that you were elected to serve ALL of our constituents and we need you to do what is right for democracy and the humans under your care. Do not lose your soul by allying with destroyers of democracy. I would very much appreciate some reassurance that you will answer to your own moral conscious and not be a Trump lackey.
