The Reflecting Pool Vandal is still at large, but thankfully, I know where he is - That's right, Donald Trump is the pool vandal, he ordered the illegal modification of the pool, accused many American Citizens including an Olympic Medal Winner of this crime on false charges. You can still take action to ensure he's arrested for that and his numerous other crimes in the process of destroying this country! But I know you don't care about this country.
