Senators, I appreciate you both speaking out against the atrocities that iCE is committing against the American people. They continue to find new ways to terrorize us, the most recent being the use of LARDs against us. While your words are meaningful and I appreciate them, your actions will speak louder than your words. Noem must be fired. ICE, as it is right now, must be abolished. The ICE agents lack proper training, many are made up of Trump's Proud Boys, and they are basically Trump's personal army to use against us. There must not be further funding for ICE or Border Patrol. Instead, funding needs to be concentrated on hiring individuals who are qualified, who receive proper training, and whose goal isn't to terrorize us into submission so that Trump and Stephen Miller force us into living in a white Christian Nationalist Nation. Because that is their ultimate goal. But I must go a step further. Trump must be reined in. He is already looking for ways to either stop the midterms from happening in 2026 or to cheat in order to win. He is asking for voter information in Minnesota, he is sending agents to Fulton County, Georgia, and he is setting up the scenario that he believes will allow him to stay in power. The American people deserve to have free and fair elections. There is zero proof that Trump won the 2020 election and you all know that. The American people deserve to live in a country where we feel safe. Might I remind you, Senators, that if Trump has his way and forces himself to become a dictator, that will not only negatively affect every single constituent who is calling you and emailing you daily, it will affect your family and how they are able to live their lives in our country. Hindsight is 20/20. Again, while I'm glad you're speaking out against ICE, you must also speak out against the Trump administration. You all voted to confirm unqualified, dangerous, inept people to run Trump's administration and be his Heads of Departments and cabinet members. Every single one of them is a danger to our country, our democracy, and our lives. If you truly love our country and you truly want to keep every single one of us safe, then you must stand up to Trump and everyone in his administration now. The voters are watching. We will see how you vote and whose side you are on. You either support our country, our Constitution, our democracy, or you support the Neo Nazis. You either support us or you show loyalty to a demented, unhinged, physically and mentally unfit man in the White House, a man who no longer has control of his mental faculties and who has surrounded him with people who are threats to our democracy and our equal rights - people who lie multiple times on a daily basis in order to try to make us believe something that isn't happening. We will be around for a lot longer than Trump will. Please remember that Which will it be?
