Do not fund DHS until the following have been met. We demand an end to “roving patrols,” and REQUIRE federal agents to use warrants and coordinate with local and state law enforcement officials. Federal agents must abide by the law and held accountable when they break the law. If any laws are broken the evidence must be given to the states. We demand a uniform code of conduct for agents and independent investigations to enforce that code. Agents must use body cameras and to stop wearing masks.
