Vote yes on the right to repair bill. When manufacturers lock down their products with proprietary software and void warranties the moment someone opens a device, they're not protecting consumers — they're protecting profits. I should be able to fix my own phone, appliance, or farm equipment without paying a manufacturer's inflated service fee or waiting weeks for an authorized technician.
This isn't a fringe issue. Independent repair shops, small farmers, and everyday people are being squeezed out of basic ownership rights. Right to repair restores competition, cuts costs for consumers, and keeps functional products out of landfills. The manufacturers lobbying against this bill have the resources to adapt. Your constituents don't have the luxury of waiting any longer.
