Headlights in this latest generation of cars in America have blinding headlights. Other countries have sophisticated technologies that adapt headlights to the road, and not other drivers' eyes. It is called Adaptive Driving Beam. Please work on legislation to require new technologies, or to allow car manufacturers to turn on the technology in the Ohio that is already built in to the vehicles.
